तस्मिन् हते देवरिपौ त्रिशीर्षे हनूमता शक्रपराक्रमेण ।
नेदुः प्लवङ्गाः प्रचचाल भूमी रक्षांस्यथो दुद्रुविरे समन्तात् ॥६-७०-४९॥
tasmin hate devaripau triśīrṣe hanūmatā śakraparākramēṇa |
neduḥ plavaṅgāḥ pracacāla bhūmī rakṣāṃsyatho dudruvire samantāt ॥6-70-49॥
Translation
When that three-headed enemy of the Gods was slain by Hanuman, who possessed the prowess of Indra, the monkeys roared, the earth trembled, and the Rakshasas fled in all directions.
हिंदी अनुवाद
इन्द्र के समान पराक्रम वाले हनुमान जी द्वारा जब वह देवताओं का शत्रु त्रिशिरा मारा गया, तब वानर जोर से गर्जना करने लगे, पृथ्वी कांप उठी और राक्षस सब ओर भागने लगे।
English Commentary
The slaying of Trishira was a massive turning point in the war. Hanuman is likened to Indra in His prowess here. The flight of the Rakshasas ('Dudruvire') indicates the total collapse of their command. The monkeys' roars and the earth's tremor represent the cosmic echo of Dharma's triumph.

त्रिशिरा का वध युद्ध का एक महा-मोड़ था। हनुमान जी को यहाँ 'शव्रफपराक्रमेण' (इन्द्र के समान पराक्रमी) कहा गया है। राक्षसों का भागना (दुद्रुविरे) उनके नेतृत्व के पूर्ण पतन को दर्शाता है। वानरों की गर्जना और पृथ्वी का कांपना धर्म की विजय की ब्रह्मांडीय गूँज है।
