स भास्करसहस्रस्य सङ्घातमिव भास्वरम् ।
रथमास्थाय शक्रारिरभिदुद्राव वानरान् ॥६-७१-४॥
sa bhāskarasahasrasya saṅghātamiva bhāsvaram |
rathamāsthāya śakrārirabhidudrāva vānarān ॥6-71-4॥
Translation
Mounting a chariot that shone like a collection of a thousand suns, that enemy of Indra rushed towards the monkeys.
हिंदी अनुवाद
वह इन्द्रशत्रु (अतिकाय) हजार सूर्यों के समूह के समान चमकने वाले रथ पर सवार होकर वानरों की ओर दौड़ा।
English Commentary
The visual splendor of Atikaya's chariot is blinding, compared to a 'thousand suns'. This radiance signifies his supernatural power. As he charges ('abhidudrava'), he appears not just as a warrior but as a force of blinding light and destruction descending upon the Vanaras.
हिंदी टीका
अतिकाय के रथ का तेज 'भास्करसहस्रस्य' (हजार सूर्यों) जैसा है, जो उसकी दिव्यता और वैभव को दर्शाता है। 'शक्रारि' (इन्द्र का शत्रु) संबोधन उसकी शक्ति के स्तर को बताता है। उसका वानरों की ओर दौड़ना ('अभिदुद्राव') युद्ध के मैदान में एक नए और भयानक अध्याय की शुरुआत है।
