तावुभावम्बरे बाणावन्योन्यमभिजघ्नतुः ।
तेजसा संप्रदीप्ताग्रौ क्रुद्धाविव भुजङ्गमौ ॥६-७१-८९॥
tāvubhāvambare bāṇāvanyonyamabhijaghantuḥ |
tejasā saṃpradīptāgrau kruddhāviva bhujaṅgamau ॥6-71-89॥
Translation
Both those arrows struck each other in the sky. With their tips blazing with energy, they looked like two angry serpents.
हिंदी अनुवाद
आकाश में वे दोनों बाण एक-दूसरे से टकराए। वे अपने तेज से प्रदीप्त अग्रभाग वाले थे, मानो दो क्रोधित सांप हों।
English Commentary
The collision of two powerful weapons in the sky. The simile of 'angry serpents' vivifies their lethal and hissing nature.
