YUDDHA KANDA•SARGA: 71•SHLOKA: 96
तान् मोघानभिसंप्रेक्ष्य लक्ष्मणः परवीरहा ।
अभ्यवर्षन्महेषूणां सहस्रेण महायशाः ॥६-७१-९६॥
tān moghānabhisaṃprekṣya lakṣmaṇaḥ paravīrahā |
abhyavarṣanmaheṣūṇāṃ sahasreṇa mahāyaśāḥ ॥6-71-96॥
Translation
Seeing those arrows go in vain, the glorious Lakshmana, slayer of enemy heroes, rained down thousands of great arrows.
हिंदी अनुवाद
उन बाणों को व्यर्थ हुआ देखकर, शत्रु वीरों का नाश करने वाले महायशस्वी लक्ष्मण ने हजारों महाबाणों की वर्षा कर दी।
English Commentary
Failure does not deter Lakshmana. He tries to breach the armor by increasing the volume of fire.
हिंदी टीका
असफलता लक्ष्मण जी को रोक नहीं पाती। वे मात्रा (volume) बढ़ाकर कवच को तोड़ने का प्रयास करते हैं।
