प्रच्छादयत्येष हि राक्षसेन्द्रः सर्वा दिशः सायकवृष्टिजा लैः ।
एतच्च सर्वं पतिताश्वशूरं न राजते वानरराजसैन्यम् ॥६-७३-७१॥
pracchādayatyeṣa hi rākṣasendraḥ sarvā diśaḥ sāyakavṛṣṭijālaiḥ |
etacca sarvaṃ patitāśvaśūraṃ na rājate vānararājasainyam ॥6-73-71॥
Translation
For this Lord of Rakshasas covers all directions with nets of arrow-showers. And this entire army of the Monkey King, with fallen horses and heroes, does not shine (is in ruins).
हिंदी अनुवाद
यह राक्षसराज सभी दिशाओं को बाण-वर्षा के जालों से ढक रहा है। और यह वानरराज की पूरी सेना, जिसके घोड़े और वीर गिर चुके हैं, शोभा नहीं दे रही है (ध्वस्त हो गई है)।
