तमास्थाय महातेजा रथं हरिरथोपमम् ।
जगाम सहसा तत्र यत्र युद्धमरिन्दमः ॥६-७३-९॥
tamāsthāya mahātejā rathaṃ harirathopamam |
jagāma sahasā tatra yatra yuddhamarindamaḥ ॥6-73-9॥
Translation
Mounting that chariot which resembled Indra's chariot, the highly radiant tamer of enemies went quickly to where the battle was.
हिंदी अनुवाद
इन्द्र के रथ के समान उस रथ पर बैठकर महातेजस्वी अरिंदम (शत्रुदमन) सहसा वहाँ गया जहाँ युद्ध हो रहा था।
English Commentary
The comparison to Indra's chariot ('Hariratha') reinforces Indrajit's status as the conqueror of Indra. He heads straight for the front lines.

इन्द्रजित का रथ इन्द्र के रथ ('हरिरथ') जैसा प्रभावशाली था। वह तेजी से युद्धभूमि की ओर बढ़ा। 'अरिंदम' विशेषण उसके मिशन को स्पष्ट करता है।
