तनुत्राणि च योधानां हस्त्यश्वानां च वर्म च ।
खड्गा धनूंषि ज्याबाणास्तोमराङ्कुशशक्तयः ॥६-७५-११॥
tanutrāṇi ca yodhānāṃ hastyāśvānāṃ ca varma ca |
khaḍgā dhanūṃṣi jyābāṇāstomarāṅkuśaśaktayaḥ ॥6-75-11॥
Translation
The body-armor of warriors, protective coverings for elephants and horses, swords, bows, bowstrings, arrows, lances, goads, and missiles were all burning.

योद्धाओं के कवच, हाथियों और घोड़ों के सुरक्षात्मक आवरण, तलवारें, धनुष, डोरी, बाण, तोमर, अंकुश और शक्तियाँ (अस्त्र) भी जल रही थीं।
English Commentary
A detailed account of the armory's destruction is given. Armor ('Tanutrani') is the basis of a warrior's protection, and its incineration symbolizes the vulnerability of the Rakshasas. The mention of diverse weapons like 'Ankusha' (goad) and 'Shakti' highlights Lanka's vast weaponry, which now proved futile against the Vanaras' fire. It is the complete dissolution of Adharma's defense systems.

शस्त्रगार के विनाश का यहाँ विस्तृत विवरण है। कवच (तनुत्राणि) योद्धा की रक्षा का आधार होता है, और उसका जलना राक्षसों के असुरक्षित होने का प्रतीक है। 'अंकुश' और 'शक्ति' जैसे विविध आयुधों का उल्लेख लंका की शस्त्र-सम्पन्नता को दर्शाता है, जो अब वानरों की लगाई अग्नि के सामने तुच्छ सिद्ध हो रही थी। यह अधर्म की रक्षा प्रणालियों का पूर्ण विलोपन है।
