ज्याशब्दस्तावुभौ शब्दावति रामस्य शुश्रुवे ।
वानरोद्घुष्टघोषश्च राक्षसानां च निस्वनः ॥६-७५-३७॥
jyāśabdastāvubhau śabdāvati rāmasya śuśruve |
vānarodghuṣṭaghoṣaśca rākṣasānāṃ ca nisvanaḥ ॥6-75-37॥
Translation
The sound of the bowstring of Shri Rama was heard even above both those sounds—the victory-cries of the monkeys and the piteous wailing of the Rakshasas.
हिंदी अनुवाद
श्री राम के धनुष की डोरी (ज्या) का शब्द उन दोनों ध्वनियों—वानरों की गर्जना और राक्षसों के विलाप—से भी अधिक ऊँचा सुनाई दे रहा था।
English Commentary
The sound of the bowstring ('Jyashabda') being supreme proves that only Shri Rama's will is now the law of the battlefield. That sound was a grant of fearlessness to the Vanaras and a death warrant for the Rakshasas. It drowned out all other clamor, establishing His absolute dominance.

धनुष की डोरी का शब्द (ज्याशब्द) सर्वोपरि होना यह सिद्ध करता है कि अब केवल श्री राम की इच्छा ही रणभूमि का नियम है। वह शब्द वानरों के लिए अभयदान था और राक्षसों के लिए मृत्यु का वारंट। यह ध्वनि युद्ध के अन्य सभी कोलाहलों को दबा देने वाली थी, जो श्री राम के प्रभुत्व को स्थापित करती है।
