तेषां भुजपरामर्शव्यामृष्टपरिघाशनि ।
राक्षसानां बलं श्रेष्ठं भूयस्तरमशोभत ॥६-७५-६०॥
teṣāṃ bhujaparāmarśavyāmṛṣṭaparighāśani |
rākṣasānāṃ balaṃ śreṣṭhaṃ bhūyastaramasobhata ॥6-75-60॥
Translation
Wielding iron clubs and weapons as hard as thunderbolts with the strength of their arms, that excellent army of Rakshasas appeared even more brilliant.
हिंदी अनुवाद
अपनी भुजाओं के बल से परिघ और वज्र के समान शस्त्रों को भांजते हुए, उन राक्षसों की वह श्रेष्ठ सेना और भी अधिक सुशोभित हो रही थी।
English Commentary
The physical strength of the Rakshasas and the hardness of their weapons are described again. 'Bhuja-paramarsha' reflects the grip of their arms and their disciplined muscular force. Despite being on the brink of ruin, their army's external splendor persisted. It portrays the final display of unrighteousness that wishes to exhibit its full brilliance before being extinguished.

राक्षसों की शारीरिक शक्ति और उनके शस्त्रों की कठोरता का यहाँ पुनः वर्णन है। 'भुज-परामर्श' उनकी भुजाओं की पकड़ और व्यायाम-सिद्ध बल को दर्शाता है। विनाश के कगार पर होने के बावजूद, उनकी सेना का बाहरी वैभव (अशोभत) बना हुआ था। यह अधर्म के उस अंतिम प्रदर्शन को दिखाता है जो मिटने से पहले अपनी पूरी चमक दिखाना चाहता है।
