तं प्रगृह्य महाखड्गं विनद्य च पुनःपुनः ।
वालिपुत्रो ऽभिदुद्राव रणशीर्षे परानरीन् ॥६-७६-११॥
taṃ pragṛhya mahākhaḍgaṃ vinadya ca punaḥpunaḥ |
vāliputro 'bhidu drāva raṇaśīrṣe parānarīn ॥6-76-11॥
Translation
Taking up that great sword and roaring again and again, Angada, the son of Vali, rushed toward other enemies at the front of the battle.
हिंदी अनुवाद
उस विशाल तलवार को लेकर और बार-बार गर्जना करते हुए, वालिपुत्र अंगद युद्ध के अग्रभाग में अन्य शत्रुओं की ओर दौड़े।
English Commentary
Angada did not rest after one victory. He turned the enemy's sword into his own weapon and advanced further into the fray. This is a trait of an excellent general who utilizes the enemy's resources for their own destruction. His enthusiasm was now serving as an inspiration for the entire Vanara army.
हिंदी टीका
एक विजय के बाद अंगद जी शांत नहीं बैठे। उन्होंने शत्रु की ही तलवार को अपना शस्त्र बना लिया और युद्ध में और आगे बढ़ गए। यह एक श्रेष्ठ सेनापति का लक्षण है जो शत्रु की सामग्री का उपयोग उसी के विनाश के लिए करता है। उनका उत्साह अब पूरी वानर सेना को प्रेरित कर रहा था।
