आत्मानं मोचयित्वा ऽथ क्षितावभ्यवपद्यत ।
हनुमानुन्ममाथाशु निकुम्भं मारुतात्मजः ॥६-७७-२१॥
ātmānaṃ mocayitvā 'tha kṣitāvabhyavapadyata |
hanumānunmamāthāśu nikumbhaṃ mārutātmajaḥ ॥6-77-21॥
Translation
Freeing himself, he landed on the ground. Then Hanuman, the son of the Wind, quickly crushed (threw down) Nikumbha.
हिंदी अनुवाद
अपने आपको छुड़ाकर वे पृथ्वी पर कूद पड़े। (फिर) वायुपुत्र हनुमान ने शीघ्र ही निकुम्भ को (पकड़कर) मथ डाला (गिरा दिया)।
English Commentary
Wrestling move. Hanuman escaped the hold and slammed Nikumbha down.
