किम् नो हनुमता कार्यम् कृपणेन तपस्विना ।
रामे तिष्ठति दुर्धर्षे सुग्रीवे सह लक्ष्मणे ॥६-८-१०॥
kiṃ vo hanumatā kāryaṃ kṛpaṇena durātmanā । rāme tiṣṭhati durdharṣe sasugrīve salakṣmaṇe ॥6-8-10॥
Translation
'What is the use of bothering with that wretched and evil-minded Hanuman, when the invincible Shri Rama stands there with Sugriva and Lakshmana?'
हिंदी अनुवाद
'जब सुग्रीव और लक्ष्मण सहित दुर्धर्ष श्री राम (सामने) खड़ा है, तो उस दीन और दुरात्मा हनुमान की बात करने से क्या लाभ?'
English Commentary
Strategic pivot. Vajradamshtra dismisses the obsession with Hanuman as a waste of time. He correctly identifies the center of gravity: Shri Rama, Lakshmana, and Sugriva. He urges the council to focus on the main threat rather than the messenger.
हिंदी टीका
रणनीतिक बदलाव। वज्रदंष्ट्र कहता है कि हनुमान तो केवल एक दूत था ('कृपणेन' - तुच्छ)। असली खतरा श्री राम, लक्ष्मण और सुग्रीव हैं। हमें 'जड़' (श्री राम) पर हमला करना चाहिए, 'शाखा' (हनुमान) पर नहीं।
