हुत्वा ऽग्निं तर्पयित्वा च देवदानवराक्षसान् ।
आरुरोह रथश्रेष्ठमन्तर्धानगतं शुभम् ॥६-८०-११॥
hutvā 'gniṃ tarpayitvā ca devadānavarākṣasān |
āruroha rathaśreṣṭhamantardhānagataṃ śubham ॥6-80-11॥
Translation
Having offered oblations to the fire and gratified the gods, Danavas, and Rakshasas, he ascended an excellent and auspicious chariot capable of vanishing from sight.
हिंदी अनुवाद
अग्नि में हवन करके तथा देवताओं, दानवों और राक्षसों को तृप्त करके, वह (इन्द्रजीत) अदृश्य होने की शक्ति रखने वाले श्रेष्ठ एवं दिव्य रथ पर सवार हुआ।
English Commentary
With the sacrifice complete, Indrajit is ready for war. He gratified not just Rakshasas, but also Gods and Danavas, showing his understanding that power acquisition requires appeasing all cosmic classes. His chariot was capable of invisibility. This chariot was his greatest shield, granting him the ability to wage 'Kutayuddha' (deceptive warfare) beyond the standard rules of righteous engagement.

यज्ञ पूर्ण होने के बाद इन्द्रजीत अब युद्ध के लिए तैयार है। उसने केवल राक्षसों को ही नहीं, अपितु देवताओं और दानवों को भी तृप्त किया, जो उसकी कूटनीतिक और धार्मिक समझ को दर्शाता है—शक्ति अर्जन के लिए सभी वर्गों को प्रसन्न रखना। उसका रथ 'अन्तर्धानगत' था, अर्थात वह इच्छाधारी होकर अदृश्य हो सकता था। यह रथ ही उसकी सबसे बड़ी ढाल थी, जो उसे धर्मयुद्ध के नियमों से परे, कूटयुद्ध (छल-युद्ध) करने की क्षमता प्रदान करता था।
