Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
प्रच्छादयन्तौ गगनं शरजालैर्महाबलौ ।
तमस्त्रैः सूर्यसङ्काशैर्नैव पस्पृशतुः शरैः ॥६-८०-२४॥
pracchādayantau gaganaṃ śarajālairmahābalau |
tamastraiḥ sūryasaṅkāśairnaiva paspṛśatuḥ śaraiḥ ॥6-80-24॥
Translation
Covering the sky with nets of arrows, those two mighty warriors could not even touch him with their sun-like weapons and arrows.
हिंदी अनुवाद
बाणों के समूहों से आकाश को ढकते हुए, वे महाबली (श्री राम-लक्ष्मण) सूर्य के समान तेजस्वी अपने अस्त्रों और बाणों से उस (इन्द्रजीत) को छू भी नहीं सके।
English Commentary
This verse acknowledges the superiority of Indrajit's speed and illusion. Even Shri Rama and Lakshmana, who are unfailing marksmen, could not touch Indrajit because he was constantly changing position and hidden by magic. This moment highlights the heroes' struggle and the enemy's dominance, maintaining the tension in the narrative.

यह श्लोक इन्द्रजीत की गति और माया की श्रेष्ठता को स्वीकार करता है। श्री राम और लक्ष्मण, जो अचूक निशानेबाज हैं, उनके बाण भी इन्द्रजीत को स्पर्श नहीं कर पा रहे थे क्योंकि वह लगातार स्थान बदल रहा था और माया से छिपा हुआ था। यह पल नायक के संघर्ष और शत्रु की प्रबलता को उभारता है, जिससे कथा में रोमांच बना रहता है।
