तद्वानरबलं दृष्ट्वा रावणिः क्रोधमूर्च्छितः ।
कृत्वा विकोशं निस्त्रिंशं मूर्ध्नि सीतां परामृशत् ॥६-८१-१५॥
tadvānarabalaṃ dṛṣṭvā rāvaṇiḥ krodhamūrcchitaḥ |
kṛtvā vikośaṃ nistriṃśaṃ mūrdhni sītāṃ parāmṛśat ॥6-81-15॥
Translation
Seeing that monkey army approaching, the son of Ravana, filled with rage, unsheathed his sword and seized Sita by the hair.
हिंदी अनुवाद
उस वानर सेना को (आते) देख, रावणपुत्र ने क्रोध से भरकर तलवार को म्यान से निकाला और सीता के बाल (सिर) पकड़ लिए।
English Commentary
Cruelty of the scene. Seizing a woman, that too Mother Sita, by the hair is a heinous act. This is the height of Indrajit's depravity.
हिंदी टीका
दृश्य की क्रूरता। एक स्त्री, वह भी जगज्जननी सीता, के बाल पकड़ना अत्यंत निंदनीय कर्म है। यह इन्द्रजीत की नीचता की पराकाष्ठा है।
