Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
तानुवाच ततःसर्वान् हनुमान् मारुतात्मजः ।
विषण्णवदनान् दीनांस्त्रस्तान् विद्रवतः पृथक् ॥६-८२-२॥
tānuvāca tataḥ sarvān hanumān mārutātmajaḥ |
viṣaṇṇavadanān dīnāṃstrastān vidravataḥ pṛthak ॥6-82-2॥
Translation
Then Hanuman, the son of the Wind-god, spoke to all those monkeys who had dejected faces, were wretched and terrified, and were fleeing separately in different directions.
हिंदी अनुवाद
तब पवनपुत्र हनुमान जी ने उन सभी उदास मुख वाले, दीन और डरे हुए वानरों से, जो अलग-अलग दिशाओं में भाग रहे थे, यह बात कही।
English Commentary
In this moment of crisis, Shri Hanuman emerges as a composed leader. While other Vanaras are fleeing aimlessly in despair, Shri Hanuman stands firm. He understands that the true test of leadership is in times of adversity. His objective is to reorganize the fleeing army and awaken their sense of duty. This verse highlights His mental fortitude and His sense of responsibility toward His comrades.
हिंदी टीका
संकट के इस क्षण में श्री हनुमान जी एक धैर्यवान नायक के रूप में उभरते हैं। जहाँ अन्य वानर हताश होकर दिशाहीन भाग रहे हैं, वहीं श्री हनुमान जी अडिग खड़े हैं। वे जानते हैं कि नेतृत्व का वास्तविक परीक्षण विपत्ति में ही होता है। उनका उद्देश्य भागती हुई सेना को पुनः संगठित करना और उनमें कर्तव्य बोध जाग्रत करना है। यह श्लोक उनकी मानसिक दृढ़ता और सहयोगियों के प्रति उनके उत्तरदायित्व को रेखांकित करता है।
