एवमुक्ताः सुसंहृष्टा वायुपुत्रेण वानराः ।
शैलशृङ्गाण्यगांश्चैव जगृहुर्हृष्टमानसाः ॥६-८२-५॥
evamuktāḥ susaṃhṛṣṭā vāyuputreṇa vānarāḥ |
śailaśṛṅgāṇyagāṃścaiva jagṛhurhṛṣṭamānasāḥ ॥6-82-5॥
Translation
Spoken to thus by the son of the Wind-god, those monkeys became very delighted and, with joyful hearts, seized mountain peaks and trees.
हिंदी अनुवाद
वायुपुत्र हनुमान जी के ऐसा कहने पर, वे वानर अत्यंत हर्षित हुए और प्रसन्न मन से उन्होंने पर्वत शिखरों और वृक्षों को उठा लिया।
English Commentary
The impact of Shri Hanuman's words was instantaneous. His self-confidence transformed the terror of the Vanaras into enthusiasm. The term 'Hrishtamanasah' reflects their altered mental state. The monkeys resumed their natural weapons—rocks and trees. This proves that the speech of a great soul can infuse new life into a despondent army. They are now mentally prepared for a counter-attack.

श्री हनुमान जी के वचनों का प्रभाव तत्काल हुआ। उनके आत्मविश्वास ने वानरों के भय को उत्साह में बदल दिया। 'हृष्टमानसाः' शब्द उनके परिवर्तित मानसिक स्तर को दर्शाता है। वानरों ने अपने स्वाभाविक अस्त्र—पर्वत और वृक्ष—पुनः धारण कर लिए। यह सिद्ध करता है कि एक महान वाणी हताश सेना में नवीन प्राण फूँक सकती है। अब वे पुनः आक्रमण के लिए मानसिक रूप से तैयार हैं।
