हुतवानुपयातो हि देवैरपि सवासवैः ।
दुराधर्षो भवत्येव सङ्ग्रामे रावणात्मजः ॥६-८४-१४॥
hutavānupayāto hi devairapi savāsavaiḥ |
durādharṣo bhavatyeva saṅgrāme rāvaṇātmajaḥ ॥6-84-14॥
Translation
Indeed, if the son of Ravana completes that sacrifice and enters the fray, he becomes invincible in battle even for all the Gods led by Indra.
हिंदी अनुवाद
यदि वह यज्ञ पूर्ण करके युद्ध में आता है, तो रावण का वह पुत्र इन्द्र सहित सभी देवताओं के लिए भी युद्ध में अजेय (दुर्धर्ष) हो जाता है।
English Commentary
This describes the source of Indrajit's power and his formidable nature. His sacrifice was not a standard ritual but a 'Demonic Penance' that granted him invisibility and infallible missiles. The term 'Duradharshah' (invincible/difficult to withstand) serves as a dire warning that he must be stopped immediately. Vibhishana emphasizes that time is of the essence, as every passing moment makes the enemy more powerful.

यहाँ इन्द्रजित की शक्ति के स्रोत और उसकी भयंकरता का वर्णन है। उसका यज्ञ कोई साधारण पूजा नहीं, बल्कि एक 'आसुरी साधना' थी जो उसे अदृश्य होने और अमोघ अस्त्र प्राप्त करने की शक्ति देती थी। 'दुर्धर्षः' शब्द यह चेतावनी देता है कि समय रहते उसे रोकना अनिवार्य है। विभीषण जी यहाँ समय की महत्ता (Time is of the essence) समझा रहे हैं कि प्रत्येक बीतता क्षण शत्रु को और अधिक शक्तिशाली बना रहा है।
