रघुनन्दन वक्ष्यामि श्रूयतां मे हितं वचः ।
साध्वयं यातु सौमित्रिर्बलेन महता वृतः ॥६-८५-१०॥
raghunandana vakṣyāmi śrūyatāṃ me hitaṃ vacaḥ |
sādhvayaṃ yātu saumitrirbalena mahatā vṛtaḥ ॥6-85-10॥
Translation
O delight of the Raghus! I shall speak words for Your welfare, please listen—it is proper that Lakshmana (the son of Sumitra), surrounded by a great army, set forth immediately.
हिंदी अनुवाद
हे रघुनन्दन! मैं आपके हित की बात कहूँगा, उसे सुनिये— यह उचित होगा कि सुमित्रानन्दन लक्ष्मण एक विशाल सेना के साथ तुरंत प्रस्थान करें।
English Commentary
Vibhishana now presents a concrete action plan. Realizing that Shri Rama needs time to regain His mental poise, he suggests delegating the lead to Shri Lakshmana. The phrase 'words for Your welfare' reflects his sincere devotion. It is a hallmark of good leadership to effectively delegate authority during a crisis.

विभीषण जी अब सीधे कार्ययोजना (Action Plan) प्रस्तुत कर रहे हैं। वे जानते हैं कि श्री राम को अभी मानसिक शांति की आवश्यकता है, अतः वे श्री लक्ष्मण जी को नेतृत्व सौंपने का सुझाव देते हैं। 'हितं वचः' शब्द उनकी निष्कपट भक्ति को प्रकट करते हैं। यह नेतृत्व का एक गुण है कि वह संकट के समय कार्य का उचित विभाजन (Delegation) करे।
