राघवस्य वचः श्रुत्वा वाक्यं वाक्यविशारदः ।
यत्तत्पुनरिदं वाक्यं बभाषे स विभीषणः ॥६-८५-४॥
rāghavasya vacaḥ śrutvā vākyaṃ vākyaviśāradaḥ |
yattatpunaridaṃ vākyaṃ babhāṣe sa vibhīṣaṇaḥ ॥6-85-4॥
Translation
Hearing the words of the scion of Raghu, Vibhishana, who was an expert in speech, spoke these words once again.
हिंदी अनुवाद
श्री रघुनाथ जी के वचनों को सुनकर, बोलने की कला में निपुण उन विभीषण ने पुनः ये वचन कहे।
English Commentary
Vibhishana is described as 'Vakyavisharadah' (expert in speech). He knew exactly how to reintroduce the truth to Shri Rama. His composure in repeating his counsel reflects his steady character. This marks the beginning of the crucial dialogue that will dispel the illusion of the Maya Sita and pave the way for Indrajit's destruction.

विभीषण जी को 'वाक्यविशारदः' (वाणी का ज्ञाता) कहा गया है। वे जानते थे कि श्री राम को किस प्रकार सत्य का बोध कराना है। वे बिना किसी घबराहट के अपनी बात दोहराते हैं, जो उनके स्थिर चरित्र का परिचायक है। यहाँ से वह महत्वपूर्ण संवाद आरम्भ होता है जो माया सीता के भ्रम को तोड़ेगा और इन्द्रजित के विनाश का मार्ग प्रशस्त करेगा।
