यथाज्ञप्तं महाबाहो त्वया गुल्मनिवेशनम् ।
तत्तथा ऽनुष्ठितं वीर त्वद्वाक्यसमनन्तरम् ॥६-८५-५॥
yathājñaptaṃ mahābāho tvayā gulmaniveśanam |
tattathā 'nuṣṭhitaṃ vīra tvadvākyasamanantaram ॥6-85-5॥
Translation
O mighty-armed hero! Just as You commanded regarding the positioning of the military outposts, it has been carried out immediately following Your word.
हिंदी अनुवाद
हे महाबाहु! आपकी आज्ञानुसार सेना की चौकियों की जैसी व्यवस्था करने को कहा गया था, हे वीर! आपके आदेश के तुरंत बाद वैसा ही किया गया है।
English Commentary
Vibhishana demonstrates his administrative efficiency and obedience here. Even amidst the chaos of war, he executed Shri Rama's previous commands to the letter. The term 'Gulmaniveshanam' refers to the strategic arrangement of military outposts or detachments. This shows that the Vanara army is now defensively robust and prepared for any surprise counter-attack.

विभीषण जी यहाँ अपनी प्रशासनिक कुशलता और आज्ञाकारिता का परिचय दे रहे हैं। युद्ध की आपाधापी में भी उन्होंने श्री राम द्वारा पूर्व में दिए गए आदेशों का अक्षरशः पालन किया है। 'गुल्मनिवेशनम्' शब्द सैन्य छावनियों या सुरक्षा चौकियों की व्यवस्था को सूचित करता है। यह दर्शाता है कि वानर सेना अब रक्षात्मक रूप से सुदृढ़ है और किसी भी अचानक आक्रमण का सामना करने के लिए तैयार है।
