तान्यनीकानि सर्वाणि विभक्तानि समन्ततः ।
विन्यस्ता यूथपाश्चैव यथान्यायं विभागशः ॥६-८५-६॥
tānyanīkāni sarvāṇi vibhaktāni samantataḥ |
vinyastā yūthapāścaiva yathānyāyaṃ vibhāgaśaḥ ॥6-85-6॥
Translation
All those army units have been distributed everywhere, and the troop-leaders have been stationed in their respective divisions according to the rules of justice.
हिंदी अनुवाद
वे सभी सेनाएँ सब ओर विभाजित कर दी गई हैं और यूथपतियों (सेनापतियों) को भी न्यायपूर्वक उनके अलग-अलग विभागों में तैनात कर दिया गया है।
English Commentary
This describes the scientific aspect of military management. The word 'Yathanyayam' implies the delegation of duties based on merit and strategic necessity.
