मुक्तं वर्षमिवाकाशे वारयिष्यथ संयुगे ।
अद्य वो मामका बाणा महाकार्मुकनिस्सृताः ॥६-८८-७॥
muktaṃ varṣamivākāśe vārayiṣyatha saṃyuge |
adya vo māmakā bāṇā mahākārmukanissṛtāḥ ॥6-88-7॥
Translation
Can you stop the rain falling from the sky? (Similarly) How will you ward off my arrows released from my mighty bow in battle today?

क्या तुम आकाश से गिरने वाली वर्षा को रोक सकते हो? (वैसे ही) आज मेरे विशाल धनुष से निकले हुए बाणों को तुम युद्ध में कैसे रोक पाओगे?
English Commentary
Indrajit compares his arrow shower to natural rain, which is inevitable and pervasive. This metaphor highlights his speed and the density of his arrows. He questions the monkeys' capability, implying that if they cannot stop nature's force, how will they stop Indrajit's weapons?
