ततः सन्धाय सौमित्रिर्बाणानग्निशिखोपमान् ।
मुमोच निशितांस्तस्मिन् सर्पानिव महाविषान् ॥६-८९-५॥
tataḥ sandhāya saumitrirbāṇānagniśikhopamān |
mumoca niśitāṃstasmin sarpāniva mahāviṣān ॥6-89-5॥
Translation
Then the son of Sumitra fixed arrows resembling tongues of fire and released those sharp arrows, like highly venomous snakes, at him.
हिंदी अनुवाद
तब सुमित्रानंदन ने अग्नि की शिखा के समान बाणों का संधान किया और महाविष वाले सांपों के समान उन तीखे बाणों को उस पर छोड़ दिया।
English Commentary
Lakshmana's arrows are compared to fire and venomous snakes, illustrating their terrible destructive potential. These arrows are poised to destroy the enemy.

लक्ष्मण के बाणों की तुलना अग्नि और विषैले सांपों से की गई है, जो उनकी भयंकर संहारक क्षमता को दर्शाती है। ये बाण शत्रु का विनाश करने के लिए तत्पर हैं।
