तैः पतद्भिश्च बहुभिस्तयोः शरशतैः शितैः ।
दिशश्च प्रदिशश्चैव बभूवुः शरसङ्कुलाः ॥६-९०-३५॥
taiḥ patadbhiśca bahubhistayoḥ śaraśataiḥ śitaiḥ |
diśaśca pradiśaścaiva babhūvuḥ śarasaṅkulāḥ ॥6-90-35॥
Translation
With the falling of those hundreds of sharp arrows discharged by both of them, all the directions and sub-directions became crowded with shafts.
हिंदी अनुवाद
उन दोनों के द्वारा चलाए गए उन सैकड़ों तीखे बाणों के गिरने से सभी दिशाएं और उपदिशाएं बाणों से भर गईं।
English Commentary
The expansion of the arrows now encompassed all ten directions. The term 'Sharasankulah' (crowded with arrows) indicates that no corner of the battlefield remained safe. It was a massive web of weaponry woven to entrap and destroy. Shri Lakshmana's concentration here was challenging Indrajit's illusory power in every possible direction.

बाणों का विस्तार अब दसों दिशाओं में था। 'शरसङ्कुलाः' (बाणों से व्याप्त) शब्द यह सूचित करते हैं कि रणभूमि का कोई भी कोना सुरक्षित नहीं था। यह शस्त्रों का एक ऐसा महाजाल था जो शत्रुओं को बांधने और विनष्ट करने के लिए बिछाया गया था। श्री लक्ष्मण जी की एकाग्रता यहाँ इन्द्रजित की मायावी शक्ति को हर दिशा में चुनौती दे रही थी।
