लक्ष्मणो ऽप्याददे बाणमन्यं भीमपराक्रमः ।
कुबेरेण स्वयं स्वप्ने स्वस्मै दत्तं महात्मना ॥६-९१-४९॥
lakṣmaṇō 'pyādadē bāṇam-anyaṃ bhīmaparākramaḥ |
kuberēṇa svayaṃ svapnē svasmai dattaṃ mahātmanā ॥6-91-49॥
Translation
Lakshmana, of fearsome prowess, also took up another arrow, which had been personally given to Him by the high-souled Kubera in a dream.

भयंकर पराक्रम वाले लक्ष्मण ने भी एक दूसरा बाण निकाला, जिसे महात्मा कुबेर ने स्वयं स्वप्न में उन्हें प्रदान किया था।
English Commentary
Shri Lakshmana was not lacking in divine weaponry either. The mention of the 'Kubera-datta' arrow confirms His divine grace and protection. Receiving a weapon in a dream is an indicator of His high spiritual status. A monumental clash between the missiles of Yama and Kubera was imminent. The battle had transcended human limits to become a collision of celestial powers.

श्री लक्ष्मण जी के पास भी दिव्य अस्त्रों का अभाव नहीं था। 'कुबेर-दत्त' बाण का उल्लेख उनकी दैवीय कृपा और रक्षण को सिद्ध करता है। स्वप्न में अस्त्र प्राप्त होना उनकी उच्च आध्यात्मिक स्थिति का परिचायक है। अब यमराज और कुबेर के अस्त्रों के बीच महासंग्श्री राम होने वाला था। यह युद्ध अब मानवीय सीमाओं से ऊपर उठकर दिव्य शक्तियों का टकराव बन चुका था।
