सुपत्रमनुवृत्ताङ्गं सुपर्वाणं सुसंस्थितम् ।
सुवर्णविकृतं वीरः शरीरान्तकरं शरम् ॥६-९१-६७॥
supatramānuvṛttāṅgaṃ suparvāṇaṃ susaṃsthitam |
suvarṇavikṛtaṃ vīraḥ śarīrāntakaraṃ śaram ॥6-91-67॥
Translation
That hero's arrow was well-feathered, well-proportioned, strong-jointed, well-stabilized, decorated with gold, and the bringer of the body's end.

वह वीर लक्ष्मण का बाण सुंदर पंखों वाला, सुडौल अंगों वाला, मजबूत गांठों वाला, सुवर्ण से अलंकृत और शरीर का अंत करने वाला था।
English Commentary
This detailed description of the arrow highlights its significance. The word 'Sharirantakaram' (body-ending) clarifies that this was no ordinary shaft but an envoy of Death.
