Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
न दुष्प्रापा हते त्वद्य शक्रजेतरि चाहवे ।
स तं भ्रातरमाश्वास्य परिष्वज्य च राघवः ॥६-९२-१९॥
na duṣprāpā hate tvadya śakrajetari cāhave |
sa taṃ bhrātaramāśvasya pariṣvajya ca rāghavaḥ ॥6-92-19॥
Translation
"With the conqueror of Indra killed in battle today, nothing is difficult to obtain." Thus consoling his brother, Raghava embraced him.
हिंदी अनुवाद
आज युद्ध में इंद्रजीत के मारे जाने पर अब कुछ भी प्राप्त करना कठिन नहीं है। राघव (श्रीश्री राम) ने भाई को इस प्रकार आश्वासन देकर उनका आलिंगन किया।
English Commentary
Shri Rama asserts that the turning point has passed. With Indrajit gone, the impossible has become possible ('na duṣprāpā'). This is meant to validate Lakshmana's suffering—that his pain has unlocked the path to victory. The repetition of the embrace shows Shri Rama's desire to physically transfer strength and comfort to his exhausted brother.

श्रीश्री राम लक्ष्मण को आश्वस्त करते हैं कि सबसे कठिन बाधा पार हो चुकी है। 'न दुष्प्रापा' का अर्थ है कि अब लक्ष्य (सीता और विजय) सुलभ है। पुनः आलिंगन करना यह दर्शाता है कि श्रीश्री राम शब्दों से अधिक स्पर्श और प्रेम के माध्यम से लक्ष्मण की पीड़ा हरना चाहते हैं। भाई को ढांढस बंधाना (आश्वासन) इस समय श्रीश्री राम की प्राथमिकता है।
