सर्ववानरमुख्यानां चिकित्सां स तदा ऽकरोत् ततः प्रकृतिमापन्नो हृतशल्यो गतव्यथः ॥ ६.९२.२६ ॥ सौमित्रिर्मुदितस्तत्र क्षणेन विगतज्वरः ॥६-९२-२६॥

Translation
He (Sushena) treated all the monkey chiefs then. Thereupon, Lakshmana returned to his normal state, free from arrows, free from pain, and in a moment became free from fever and delighted.
हिंदी अनुवाद
सुषेण ने सभी मुख्य वानरों की चिकित्सा की। तब लक्ष्मणजी अपने स्वाभाविक रूप में आ गए; उनके बाण निकल गए, पीड़ा मिट गई और वे क्षण भर में ज्वर रहित (स्वस्थ) होकर प्रसन्न हो उठे।
English Commentary
The verse confirms the mass treatment of the commanders. Lakshmana's restoration is described as returning to his 'prakṛti' (natural state)—vigorous and radiant. The phrase 'vigatajvaraḥ' (free from fever/distress) implies both physical cooling of inflammation and the mental relief from the heat of battle. His delight ('mudita') signals readiness for the next phase of the war.

सुषेण ने सबका उपचार किया। लक्ष्मणजी 'प्रकृतिमापन्नो' (अपनी मूल अवस्था/स्वभाव को प्राप्त) हो गए, यानी उनका ओज और तेज लौट आया। 'विगतज्वरः' का अर्थ केवल बुखार उतरना नहीं, बल्कि मानसिक संताप का मिटना भी है। लक्ष्मणजी अब पूरी तरह स्वस्थ और प्रसन्न ('मुदित') हैं, जो सेना के मनोबल के लिए अत्यंत आवश्यक है।
