इत्येतद्राक्षसेन्द्रस्य वाक्यमादाय राक्षसाः ।
निर्ययुस्ते रथैः शीघ्रैर्नानानीकैः सुसंवृताः ॥६-९४-६॥
ityetadrākṣasendrasya vākyamādāya rākṣasāḥ |
niryayuste rathaiḥ śīghrairnānānīkaiḥ susaṃvṛtāḥ ॥6-94-6॥
Translation
Accepting this command of the King of Rakshasas, those demons set out swiftly in their chariots, surrounded by various divisions of the army.
हिंदी अनुवाद
राक्षसराज रावण के इस आदेश को शिरोधार्य कर वे राक्षस शीघ्रता से विविध प्रकार की सेनाओं से घिरकर अपने रथों द्वारा निकल पड़े।
English Commentary
The Rakshasa commanders immediately obey Ravana's orders. Their swift departure ('shighraih') indicates both their discipline and the urgency of the situation. Despite the heavy losses previously incurred, the military machinery of Lanka is still functional and capable of launching a massive, organized assault with diverse troop formations.

स्वामी की आज्ञा पाकर राक्षस बिना किसी विलंब के युद्ध के लिए प्रस्थान करते हैं। यह उनकी स्वामी-भक्ति और अनुशासन को दर्शाता है, भले ही वे अधर्म के पक्ष में लड़ रहे हों। 'शीघ्रैः' शब्द उनकी तत्परता और रावण के क्रोध के भय को भी इंगित करता है। वे जानते हैं कि यह युद्ध उनके अस्तित्व का प्रश्न है।
