English Commentary
This refers to the boons granted by Lord Brahma and the laws of the universe ordained by Him. The Rakshasa women perceive that Shri Rama's incarnation took place specifically for Ravana's 'Nibarhanam' (slaughter/extermination). This verse highlights the power of destiny that no one can evade. Ravana's death had now become merely a matter of time.

यहाँ ब्रह्मा जी (पितामह) के वरदानों और उनके द्वारा रचित सृष्टि के विधान की चर्चा है। राक्षसियाँ समझ रही हैं कि श्री राम का अवतार ही रावण के संहार ('नबर्हणम्') के लिए हुआ है। यह श्लोक नियति की उस शक्ति को बताता है जिसे कोई भी नहीं टाल सकता। रावण का वध अब केवल समय की बात रह गई थी।
