भयेन प्रावृता नित्यं विचरिष्यन्ति शाश्वतम् ।
दैवतैस्तु समागम्य सर्वैश्चेन्द्रपुरोगमैः ॥६-९५-३६॥
bhayena prāvṛtā nityaṃ vicariṣyanti śāśvatam |
daivataistu samāgamya sarvaiścendrapurogamaiḥ ॥6-95-36॥
Translation
Shall wander about, always enveloped in fear forever.' Then all the Gods, with Indra at their head, gathering together—

सदा के लिए भय से घिरे होकर ही विचरण करेंगे'। फिर इन्द्र सहित सभी देवताओं ने मिलकर—
English Commentary
'Fear' had now become the permanent state of the Rakshasas. Those who once terrorized others were now themselves 'enveloped in fear.' This is the great reversal of Karma. The unity of Indra and the other Gods shows that the side of Dharma is now overwhelmingly strong, making the end of unrighteousness certain.

राक्षसों के लिए 'भय' अब उनकी स्थायी स्थिति बन गई थी। जो दूसरों को डराते थे, वे अब स्वयं 'भयेन प्रावृताः' (भय से घिरे) थे। यह कर्मों का महान परिवर्तन है। इन्द्र और अन्य देवताओं की एकता यह दर्शाती है कि धर्म का पक्ष अब अत्यंत सुदृढ़ है और अधर्म का विनाश निश्चित है।
